  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

    The order will be delivered in 7-10 working days to all the metros and tier I cities, while for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us at support@thehouseofrare.com.

      

  • How would I know if my order is placed?

    You will get a confirmation mail of the placed order and will further notify you once it is dispatched from the warehouse.

     

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?

    In case the order does not get delivered within 7-10 working days, you can write to us at support@thehouseofrare.com. We will do our best to get it delivered for you at the earliest.


  • WILL MY AREA BE SERVICED BY YOUR LOGISTICS PROVIDER

  • ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY

    There are no shipping charges for orders in India. In case of international orders shipping charges are applicable.


  • DO YOU DELIVER OUT OF INDIA? 

    Yes we do deliver out of India, and it generally takes 15 days, depending on the city, but there is no Cash on Delivery facility for international orders, also international orders are not eligible for returns and exchange.

  • HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT ?

    Return and exchange can be done through our one link on return center - returns.thehouseofrare.com                                                                                                                                           

    You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and seal it. Hand the packet over to our courier person, and as soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we shall refund in amount in your source account if it’s a pre-paid order and in Bank if COD order.               

    In case of  Exchange the exchange product will be dispatched once the product is picked from your premises.

  • WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

    In that case, please place a return for the product from the below link. Once the return request is placed we will pick the product and refund the whole amount without any additional cost.

    Once the product is picked from your premises the exchange order will be dispatched and you will receive it within 7-10 working days.
